YES We will be happy to arrange insurance for you, with a new for old insurance policy, which is specifically designed for self storage and covers a wider range of potential perils than is covered on normal household insurance. Our insurance is also approved by the Self Storage Association.
Yes we can – however there will be a small administrative and labour charge.
No – you can purchase a lock from us on site or you can provide your own as you prefer. We need to retain a spare key or a record of the combination for legal reasons which we will keep in a secure location.
We have a large number of units and we will do our utmost to provide you with a larger unit.
The site is monitored with CCTV that covers the entrance to the compounds. The compounds are gated and padlocked. Each of the storage units has the facility for you to install your own lock of choice. Vehicles kept in the storage area should be suitably immobilised.
Yes, the storage facility is accessible 24 hrs a day and 365 days a year.

Our insurance covers us for up to £20,000 per individual item, unlimited items and £5,000,000 public liability. If you have specific requirements with regard to insurance then please call us to discuss and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Don’t panic! This is quite normal in the removals process. Firstly we can provide you with your quotation and agree the contract after which we can agree dates and more details as the time approaches.
We will provide you with a removals contract for your signature agreeing prices, details and the intended completion date. We will work with you as the date approaches to ensure that everything happens smoothly and with as little impact on you as possible.
